'The Xindi' Promo Released

UPN Wednesday night debuted the trailer for Enterprise's third-season premiere, "The Xindi".

The 35-second promo showed footage not only from "The Xindi", which will air on September 10, but also from "Extinction", currently scheduled to air as episode three on September 25. The clip also contained shots of Trip and T'Pol massaging each other, as the Vulcan helps Trip to come to grips with the dead of his sister in last season's finale.

The trailer is available for download online courtesy of UPN and Star Trek Norge. For those of you with slower connections, here's a transcript:

[Text: 'Wednesday']

[Enterprise flies through the Delphic Expanse.]

[The NX-02 seen in drydock.]

YOU ARE GOING ON A BRAND NEW JOURNEY

[Archer, T'Pol and Reed stand together in Enterprise's command centre.]

[Enterprise goes to warp.]

WITH 'STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE'

[Text: 'Star Trek: Enterprise']

[Travis pilots a shuttlepod containing Reed and some aliens.]

[Enterprise flies into a large spaceship.]

[In the command centre, Reed turns to T'Pol.]

LEAVE EVERYTHING YOU KNOW BEHIND

[Close-up of the Xindi's destructive probe.]

[The Xindi probe fires on Earth.]

[Crew members walk through the NX-01 corridors.]
