Hello World!

Modern art. I just don't get it. Maybe I'm a philistine, but some of the weird and wacky concepts out there totally mystify me.

Yesterday I was walking through the city to catch a bus, and all down the mall there were these colourfully-painted sculpted cows. At first I thought it was an early-morning illusion, but yes, there were painted cows scattered down the centre of the mall.

After that, I forgot about them, but then there were more of them today - outside city hall. It's like the government gave some struggling artist a grant, not knowing that they were a secret painted cow fetishist! Give me a nice landscape any day.
