UPN yesterday released the promo for the next 'Enterprise' episode, entitled 'Terra Nova'.

In the episode, the crew investigate a legendary Earth colony known as Terra Nova, whose inhabitants disappeared over seventy years ago. When they go down to the planet, the crew are confronted by descendants of the original colonists who aren't as human as their forefathers.

Courtesy of Mr. Vidiot, a digitized version of the trailer is available for download. For those of you with slower connections, here's a transcript:

WHAT CAUSED AN ENTIRE CIVILISATION TO DISAPPEAR?

[The Enterprise orbiting an Earth-like planet.]
[Looking over Mayweather's shoulders, we see the planet on the viewscreen.]
[Archer on the Bridge in the foreground - Mayweather, Reed and Tucker can be seen in the background.]
[Close-up of a photo of a family standing outside a house.]
Archer: (off-screen) "Humans colonised this planet over seventy years ago."
[Aerial view of a settlement on the viewscreen.]
[Archer, sitting, hands clasped.]
Archer: "Nobody heard from them again."

THE ENTERPRISE CREW IS ABOUT TO FIND OUT

[Close-up of T'Pol.]
[Mayweather and Sato looking off-screen at something.]
[The crew assembled around the briefing table.]
[A shuttlepod leaving the Enterprise.]
[The pod zooming towards the planet.]
[Inside the pod: Archer shaking.]
[Close-up of Mayweather shaking.]
Mayweather: "Pod one to Enterprise, we've got an emergency."
[The pod on the surface, falling into the ground as a cavern opens up beneath it.]
[Inside the cavern - Tucker cries out as he nearly falls, grabbing on to a plant root.]
