In the episode, Porthos is infected with a pathogen on an alien planet. Despite Archer's best efforts with the decontamination gel, the beagle is forced to spend the night in sickbay - with his worried owner in tow.
Cinescape has made available the above picture, which shows actors Linda Park (Hoshi Sato), Jolene Blalock (T'Pol), and Scott Bakula (Jonathan Archer) with canine thespian Breezy (Porthos) in the decontamination chamber.
The rub-down attracted the attention of Entertainment Weekly, which said Enterprise was "cranking up the sex factor." In fact, Bakula revealed to the magazine that Archer will have a somewhat risqué dream about T'Pol later in the episode.
"There's nudity and perhaps some making out," he said. "I thought I was going to get laid last season on Risa, the pleasure planet. Captain Kirk got laid every other week on some planet, sleeping with green girls. But that, of course, was the 60s."
