Hello World!

Have any of you ever seen the international version of 'Wag The Dog'? I was looking through the IMDB listing for the movie, and noticed that the US version has a runtime of 96 minutes, while the version released in most other countries was 120 minutes long. As the video I saw of the movie ran 97 minutes, according to the cover, I'm wondering what I missed - the movie already was great, and I'm really curious what actually happened in that extra half hour film.
