Tony Todd (Kurn), already a horror legend from the Candyman series, has a role in a new thriller about a homicidal cult.

Kurn plays The Narrator in Bryan Loves You, which also stars Daniel Roebuck, who played Jaron in the two parts of Star Trek: The Next Generation's "Unification." George Wendt, Tiffany Shepis and Lloyd Kaufman also appear in the new film, according to a press release.

Bryan Loves You is based on the 1993 true story of a cult that took over a town in Arizona. The planned 2007 Halloween release was written and directed by Seth Landau and uses a combination of real and fictionalized events.

The movie has already been a source of controversy and attempted sabotage, as a fake open call for extras summoned "crazies" and two video clips were posted online claiming the film was full of falsehoods.

MOre information about Bryan Loves You is available at the official site. A trailer for the film is here.
