Hello World!

I absolutely hate getting my photo taken for ID cards. All last year I had this shot of me with an inane grin on my learner's permit. I had to go and renew it the other day, and this time decided not to smile as much. However, the camera caught me just before the smile, my mouth half-open - which made me look like a gormless twit.

Why do we always look our worst on the cards we have to show to everyone?

  • Voyager September-October Ratings
    The first three episodes of Voyager's sixth season outperformed the year before, but the next three episodes fell below season five's level. Overall, however, the ratings average was almost identical to that of season five in the same time period.

Today's Television Listings

  • At 8:00pm (9:00pm Central), UPN will be showing will be showing the Enterprise episode 'Cold Front.' Here's how the official site describes the episode:

    When the Enterprise comes in contact with an alien vessel transporting stargazers to observe a spectacular stellar event, Archer invites them aboard the ship not realizing that Silik, a Suliban enemy, is among them. Archer quickly realizes that Silik is engaged in a nefarious time-travelling mission and must stop him before he can tamper with the course of history.

  • TNN will be showing the Next Generation episodes 'The Measure of Man' at 8:00 p.m and 'A Matter of Perspective' at 11:00 p.m eastern time.

  • The Sci-Fi Channel will be showing the Original Series episode ' The Devil in the Dark' at 6:00 p.m, and 'Tomorrow is Yesterday' at 10:00 p.m.

  • In Canada, Space! will be showing the Original Series episode 'Obsession' at 10:00 a.m and 2:00 p.m eastern time, with TNG's 'The Icarus Factor' at 3:00 p.m, DS9's 'Covenant' at 4:00 p.m and Voyager's 'Workforce Part 2' at 5:00 p.m.
