  • Check Point Software Technologies has announced it will be hosting a roundtable conference on internet security on the bridge of the U.S.S. Enterprise in the Las Vegas Hilton Star Trek Experience, on Wednesday the 10th of May.

  • The Sci-Fi Wire is reporting that Garrett Wang (Harry Kim) will host the awards ceremony of the Media Action Network for Asian Americans. The event is to be held on the 20th of May in Los Angeles, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

  • In addition, the Wire also has an article up with news that 'Roswell', the WB's teen alien series co-produced by Jonathan Frakes (William T. Riker) has benefited greatly from its move to a Monday 9:00pm timeslot, away from Wednesday at 9:00 opposite 'Voyager'.

  • Stomped's E3 Site is reporting that the appearance by Nana Visitor at the Simon & Schuster booth at the gaming expo will take place on the 12th of May, from 1:30 to 2:30pm. Visitor will sign autographs in support of S&S's upcoming 'Deep Space Nine: The Fallen' game. Thanks go out to Jeff 'Koganuts' Koga for this!

  • TV Guide has put up the full transcript of their recent chat with Robert Picardo (the Holodoc), in which Picardo also reveals news of several upcoming episodes, though most of the newsworthy things he said were already covered in our report of the chat. Thanks go out to Shaun Aki for this!

  • Holly Kim Wilson sends along word that Jeffrey Combs (Weyoun, Brunt) will be on this Saturday's episode of 'Martial Law' on CBS. In the episode, called 'In The Dark', Jeff will be play the only member of the Scorpio gang to be captured alive.

  • AnotherUniverse has posted a sneak peek at the upcoming 'X-Men' toys, including one showing Professor X (played by Patrick Stewart {Jean-Luc Picard}). Thanks go out to Gustavo Leao for this!
