McFadden Comes To 'The Shore'

Gates McFadden (Beverly Crusher) will star in the world premiere of The Shore, a play by Alison Tatlock, produced by the LA Project in Los Angeles.

According to a press release passed on from the Ensemble Studio Theatre, The Shore will open at 8 p.m. on October 3rd. The production will also feature Garrett M. Brown of Roswell, Laura Jane Salvato and David Wiater.

The play will be staged in the newly renovated Stage 52 Playhouse, and will mark the first LA Project production of the 2003-2004 season. Directed by Adam Prince, The Shore is described as "hilarious and moving." The play runs through November 8th.

McFadden is a veteran stage actress, having starred on Broadway in To Gillian on Her 37th Birthday and toured with Trek co-stars Patrick Stewart, Brent Spiner and Jonathan Frakes in Every Good Boy Deserves Favour, among other appearances.
