Q On Voyager Rumours Resurface

British science fiction site SFX, the digital version of SFX Magazine, has been updated with one final Star Trek rumour before the holidays.

According to the site, John De Lancie (Q) will be making one final appearance on 'Star Trek: Voyager'. Supposedly the episode featuring Q will start filming within the next few weeks, and will be one of the very last episodes of Voyager's seventh season.

Ever since Q's first two appearances on the show in its early seasons, rumours have suggested that he would be returning to the show, with the writers often saying they had no intention of doing so. However, over the past few months several rumours have suggested that the idea was at least discussed among the writers, and with this being the show's final season it would indeed seem like a logical time for Q to return.

The original report from SFX can be found here. Thanks go out to Simon for this. As usual, please treat this as you would any rumour - none of this has been confirmed by Paramount yet, and we'd advise you to wait for an official statement from Paramount before believing any such rumours.
