Eve Up For UPN Pilot

Enterprise network UPN is contuining to cast top names for its pilots.

UPN has okayed a pilot for hip-hop singer Eve, where she will star as a fashion designer who's looking for love according to Yahoo! News. Her character will launch her own fashion line — echoing Eve's real-life launch of her own clothes range called Fetish.

This won't be Eve's first go at acting, having recently appeared in the the US box office hit Barbershop.

Meanwhile, in another article at Yahoo! News, it is reported that Oscar-winner Marisa Tomei and Seinfeld's Patrick Warburton will provided voices for the UPN animated project Game Over.

Whether we even see these projects is another matter entirely. While television networks commission numerous pilots each year, only a handful of the projects ever make it to series.
