Russ To Helm Feature 'Eye of the Beholder'

Tim Russ (Tuvok) will direct a feature film, Eye of the Beholder, and screencaps from his short film Déjà Vu are now available.

Eye of the Beholder will begin filming on February 3rd, 2006, according to A Tribute to Tim Russ. The film features two other Star Trek performers, Chase Masterson (Leeta) and Menina Fortunato (Maras), as well as The Sentinel star Bruce A. Young, with whom Russ worked on Art Police.

Masterson has worked with Russ before as well, appearing in Deja Vu along with Garrett Wang (Kim), which was co-written and directed by Russ. Screen caps from the soon-to-be-released DVD, which was co-written and directed by Russ, are also available at A Tribute to Tim Russ.

Russ will receive a writing credit for Eye of the Beholder. Robert Michael Conrad and James Nestor will produce the movie.
