  • The latest edition of Fandom.com STC writer Ariel's weekly 'Subspace Echoes' column is out. This week she looks at the return of Seska, 'Shattered' and Ken Biller. To read her column, please follow the link.

  • Catherine Felty at the Mothership has posted an interview with Roger Nygard, director of the 'Trekkies' documentary, and also of the 1998 documentary 'Six Days in Roswell'. In the interview, Nygard talks about how he started filming documentaries, and he compares these two recent works to each other.

  • Harlan Ellison, who wrote the Original Series episode 'The City On The Edge Of Forever', has signed a contract to convert his classic Outer Limits story 'Demon With A Glass Hand' to a feature film. According to a Hollywood Reporter story, the film will be directed by David Twohy, though no start date has yet been set.

  • UPN's new claymation show 'Gary & Mike' continued to do well after its premiere on Thursday, following 'WWF Smackdown!'. A day later, on Friday, the show achieved a 3.1 rating / 5 share in its regular time period, improving by 35% on 'Freedom', the cancelled action series that UPN used to run in that time period.
