'Shattered' - copyright Paramount Pictures With the return of new Voyager episodes now less than a week away, Paramount has begun promoting next week's new episode, 'Shattered', releasing both the episode's trailer and several pictures from the episode. The trailer of course debuted after yesterday's 'Repression' rerun, and in 20 seconds reintroduces us to two of the old favourites that will be returning in this episode - Seska and Dr. Chaotica. A digitised clip of the video can be found below, but here is first the transcript of the clip for those who have less bandwidth to spare:

WEDNESDAY ON AN ALL-NEW VOYAGER

[Voyager is hit by a plasma discharge from a cloud]
[Seska turns from console to look at Chakotay]
Chakotay: "Seska!"
[Kazon point guns at Chakotay]

AN OLD ENEMY LUSTS FOR POWER

[Seska hits Chakotay]
Seska: "I'm in control of Voyager now."
[Energy from plasma discharge crackles over Voyager]

WHILE ANOTHER

[Dr. Chaotica enters]
Dr. Chaotica: "Power the death ray!"
[Chakotay and Janeway in the Chaotica holonovel, Janeway is grabbed and held by Chaotica's robot]

LUSTS FOR THE CAPTAIN

Chaotica: "I knew you'd return to me one day."
[Janeway wonders and doesn't look to happy about what she's gotten into now]
[Chakotay sniggers]
[Chaotica kisses his way up Janeway's arm]
[Chaotica reaches her neck, Janeway turns away in exasperation]

AN ALL-NEW 'STAR TREK: VOYAGER

[Wild maniacal laughter from Chaotica]

In addition to this, the official Star Trek site has also released five new photos from the episode, again showing both Seska and Dr. Chaotica, but also giving us the first look at some of Voyager's future crew members, as seen in the episode (and in the photo to the left). To see full-size versions of the five photos, please follow this link.

As usual, please be aware that the above photos are all copyrighted by Paramount Pictures.
