UPN Drops Voyager Tribute

By Amy

TrekWeb has just posted a report revealing that UPN has apparently cancelled the previously announced ‘Voyager' retrospective special, supposed to air the Tuesday night before the final episode. Set to feature memorable moments from previous Voyager episodes as well as interviews with cast and crew and behind the scenes footage, UPN has apparently pulled out due to its projected cost, leaving Voyager as the only Trek series without a farewell special.

As suggested in the article, probably the best way for those of you who wish to protest this action, or who simply wish to see some sort of tribute to Voyager before the series ends, is to e-mail the various people at UPN and Paramount involved, so you can find the e-mail addresses for Dean Valentine (UPN’S CEO), Kerry McCluggage (Paramount Television Chairman) and Tom Nunan (UPN’s President of Entertainment) below.

For more information on how they cmae by this news and a couple of alternate means (phone, snail mail) of contacting UPN and Paramount, follow this link to TrekWeb.

  • Dean Valentine - dean_valentine@upn.com
  • Kerry McCluggage - kerry_mccluggage@paramount.com
  • Tom Nunan - tom_nunan@upn.com
