Hello World!

I am sorely tempted to write a 500-page essay on why I hate computers. Yesterday, which of course would be the day I decided to catch of on the back-log of work I've let accumulate, my computer decided to take a holiday. Netscape decided Perth was too cold and froze, IE never liked me in the first place and Word still apparently hasn't forgiven me for doing all my editing in Notepad and, in a fit of surliness, wouldn't even load. Thus it went until about the only thing that was working was ICQ, which at least allowed me to complain about the situation to various unfortunates, including my long-suffering co-editor.

Anyway, the problem appears to be fixed today (it'd better be - it's the second time this month I've had to re-format) but, as I have a sneaking suspicion that this sort of thing is going to keep happening, I think I'll step up my efforts to find a good laptop. And a good ISP. Any recommendations, fellow aussies?

Also, please accept my apologies for the lack of TV listings yesterday - said computer problems prevented me from posting...

Oh, and Christian, the RPG thing will be done today. Promise! Just quit nagging me about it! ;) (Good - Christian :) )
