  • Critic Matt Roush responds to a question asking whether Penny Johnson Jerald (Kasidy Yates) has a chance at scoring an Emmy nomation for her work on 24 at TV Guide.

  • TrekZone.de has published several excerpts from German reviews of 'Star Trek Nemesis,' with nearly all of them being positive. Check them out here.

  • Amazon.de has listed the German version of the 'Star Trek Nemesis' DVD for a July 17 release date. Thanks to Shaun Turner at TV Schedules International for this!

  • 'Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan' composer James Horner has been nominated for a Grammy for his 'A Beautiful Mind' soundtrack, according to StarTrek.com. Details on what other Trek alumni have been up to can be found in the site's showbiz roundup.

  • The January 2003 issue of SFX magazine has named its top 100 characters in science fiction and fantasy. Top of the Trek entries was Spock, at #11. Also making an appearance on the list were James T. Kirk (#13), Jean-Luc Picard (#16), Data (#29) and Gul Dukat (#96). Doctor Who ranked #1.
