'Unimatrix Zero II' Overnight Ratings

Returning after the summer hiatus, Greg Fuller at the Star Trek Nielsen Ratings Information Database has put up his overnight ratings report of 'Unimatrix Zero, Part Two', which of course aired yesterday. Here's part of the report:

"Unimatrix Zero, Part II" kicked off Voyager's last season with a bang against stiff premiere competition from the other networks, tallying a 6.0 rating, 9 share. That's up a ton from "Unimatrix Zero"'s 4.6/7 showing back in May and Voyager's best overnight mark in quite some time. The rating is fairly level from last year's premiere numbers for "Equinox, Part II." ['Equinox II' scored a 6.9/9 overnight rating - TT]

[...]

This is a good start for Voyager's last season. It shows that the series will at least see an early-season rebound over the disasterous ratings that plagued the end of last year's run. The national ratings for the show should be fairly strong with even a little potential for improvement over last year's premiere. Hopefully, these good overnights will keep when the rest of the nation is figured in.

The full ratings report also looks at Voyager's equally good performance in its timeslot, nearly able to grab 4th place. Final national ratings should be available early next week.
