Jennifer Garner would like to take on the role of a Klingon in the new Star Trek movie.

As reported at the MTV Movie Blog, Jennifer Garner would like to team up with Abrams again and appear in Star Trek XI as a Klingon. "I just want to be a Klingon in the movie," said Garner. "I just want to walk through [the frame] as a Klingon."

There is no official confirmation that Klingons will even appear in Star Trek XI, so Garner's desire to play a Klingon may just be the wish of a Star Trek fan, which she claims to be.

Garner has worked with Abrams before, in Felicity, where she played Hannah Bibb, and in Alias, where she portrayed the character of Sydney Bristow. Abrams was executive producer on both of the shows. Garner has high praise for Abrams. "He rocks. I would do anything for him. J.J. is kind of like Juno," she said, referring to a quick-witted intelligent character in the recently released film Juno. "It'’s just his energy, his personality, and he's as smart as anybody I’ve ever met. Both funny and nice."
