Star Trek props and uniforms are among the many items to be auctioned by Profiles in History.

As reported at Startrek.com, those with a few coins to rub together may soon be able to own their own piece of Star Trek history. The auction, to be held by Profiles in History on December 13 and 14, will offer several dozen Star Trek items.

Some of the items available include: Lt. Uhura's duty uniform from the original series, Geordi's VISOR from Star Trek: Generations, Jean Luc Picard's Enterprise E command chair (which is expected to fetch a healthy $45,000-$60,000), scripts, and an impressive array of weaponry; including Federation phasers, Romulan disruptors, Klingon bat'leths and weapons from other alien races.

This auction lot also includes other sci-fi items of interest; including items from Battlestar Galactica, Matrix Reloaded, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Star Wars (several movies), Dune and Alien. Other non-sci-fi shows and movies are also well-represented, from Bonanza to The King and I.
