Hello World!

If you missed the big party - poor you!

I've just come from watching the huge Golden Jubilee concert on TV. It was simply amazing. And if I go stand at the bottom of the street, I can see the beacon lit on top of the valley to form part of the national chain to celebrate.

The lighting effects on the front of Buckingham Palace were spectacular. And the fireworks weren't bad either. Of course, it would rather take a lot to upstage a concert featuring everyone from Eric Clapton, Paul McCartney and Elton John to Ozzy Ozbourne and Atomic Kitten.
