  • Reports have emerged at TrekWeb, The Digital Bits and Yahoo Movies that Paramount Pictures may release a Director's Edition DVD of 'Star Trek V: The Final Frontier.' Although a Paramount representative could not confirm or deny the rumours, apparently good sales of the 'Motion Picture' and 'Wrath of Khan' DVDs have prompted the company to consider giving 'The Final Frontier' the DVD treatment complete with new effects.

  • A representative from Paramount Home Entertainment confirmed to the Region 2 Project that Deep Space Nine will make its DVD debut in the United Kingdom in March 2003. The exact date has not yet been finalised. Thanks to John Barnes for this!

  • The UK release of the Next Generation season five DVD box set and the 'Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan' Director's Edition DVD has been delayed until November 18, the Region 2 Project reported.

  • According to DVD Answers, 'Star Trek Nemesis' will be released on DVD in Germany on July 1, 2003. The site has also posted what it says is the cover art for the disc, which is the same as the 'Nemesis' teaser poster. Thanks to Craig Smith for this!
