'Nemesis' Filming At The Halfway Point

After over two months of filming, Paramount Pictures yesterday announced that principal photography on 'Star Trek: Nemesis' is halfway complete.

Shooting on the Enterprise-E bridge is almost finished, according to StarTrek.com. Once those sequences are wrapped, the cast and crew will film scenes in the Ready Room, the Jeffries Tubes, the corridors and turbolift.

In February the Romulans will be the main focus when the crew shoot on various alien sets including the ship of Shinzon, the movie's villain. Principal photography is currently scheduled to conclude in March.

The official site also provided a full cast and crew list, which includes previously unannounced personnel. Details of their 'Nemesis' roles and a summary of previous work can be found below:

• Dallas Puett (Editor) - Puett has worked on several projects with 'Nemesis' helmer Stuart Baird, including the latter's directorial debut, 'Executive Decision.' He has also edited 'Lethal Weapon 4,' 'Red Planet' and 'Lara Croft: Tomb Raider.'

• David Sardi (Assistant Director) - Sardi has served as first assistant director on numerous big-name productions including 'Bicentennial Man,' 'Dante's Peak' and 'Speed.'

• Herman Zimmerman (Production Designer) - A name familiar to any fan, Zimmerman has designed every Trek feature film since 'Star Trek V: The Final Frontier.' He is also responsible for the look of The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine and Enterprise.

• Donald B. Woodruff & Cherie Baker (Art Directors) - Woodruff's films include 'Volcano' and 'Nixon' while Emmy nominee Baker currently serves as art director on C.S.I. - Crime Scene Investigation.

• Bob Ringwood (Costume Designer) - Academy Award nominee Ringwood has worked on numerous genre productions including 'Artificial Intelligence,' 'Alien: Resurrection' and 'Batman.'

• Ted Deiker (Production Coordinator) - Deiker's credits encompass films such as 'Inspector Gadget' and 'The Bridges of Madison County.'

• Thomas Causey (Sound) - An industry veteran, Causey has worked as sound mixer on all TNG feature films, 'Jurassic Park III' and 'Dick Tracy,' for which he earned an Academy Award nomination.

• Cathy Sandrich Gelfond & Amanda Mackey Johnson (Casting Directors) - Together Gelfond and Johnson have cast movies such as 'Patriot Games, 'The Fugitive' and 'Enigma.'

• Michael Klastorin (Publicist) - Klastorin has previously worked as a publicist on 'Back To The Future, Part II' and 'Witness.'
