Evagora Joins Picard Trek Series

Today, Deadline announced that Evan Evagora has been cast in Sir Patrick Stewart‘s new Trek series.

Evagora joins Santiago Cabrera, Michelle Hurd, and Stewart on the show, which will begin production in California on April 14.

The youngest of seven siblings, Evagora is a native of Melbourne, Australia. His mother Marie, originally from New Zealand, is of Maori descent, and his father Xristos came from Cyprus.

Before acting, Evagora pursued sports, including boxing and Australian football, before turning to modeling and now acting. He recently completed filming for Fantasy Island, a horror adaption of the show from the 1970s due out next year, and he had a role in Secret City.

There is no word yet on what his role will be. TrekToday will update readers when this information becomes available.
