New Trek-Themed Scotch Whiskey Announced

1 min read

The fourth in a series of Trek-themed liquor was announced by Silver Screen Bottling Company at last week’s Destination Star Trek Birmingham.

This product, as fans probably guessed from the headline, is called Montgomery Scott Blended Scotch Whiskey, and is in honor of the original series’ Montgomery Scott (Scotty).

Here is a description of the scotch whiskey, courtesy of TrekCore. “Created by Silver Screen Bottling Company, the new scotch was bottled in Glasgow, at a multi-award-winning distillery.

“The new spirit is exceptionally smooth, with a slight smoky note, and is the fourth product in a line of Star Trek-branded spirits including James T. Kirk Bourbon, Ten-Forward Vodka and James T. Kirk Bourbon Reserve.”

Expect to see Montgomery Scott Blended Scotch Whiskey  start shipping in December. A page has been put online for those wishing to purchase the liquor, and fans can sign up to be notified when it is available for purchase. The page is located here.
