Cho: Count Me In For Tarantino Trek

1 min read

John Cho would definitely want a part in a Quentin Tarantino Star Trek film.

Speaking on Larry King Now, Cho said, “I have not heard that [Tarantino is on board] officially, but I have heard the rumors. What I heard is that they met, I haven’t heard an official announcement. I hope so. Oh yeah, I think he’s brilliant. I would like to do some Quentin Tarantino dialogue as Sulu.”

Cho is grateful to have been involved in Star Trek, having been a fan since his earliest days. “Me and my little brother used to pretend we flew spaceships as a kid as all little boys did,” he said. “So, when you come on the set of the Enterprise, it awakens all those childlike feelings and it’s to scale and it’s huge. [I] grew up on it—it was on television. So, it is a very unique acting opportunity.”
