In April, three Star Trek comics will come courtesy of IDW Publishing.
The comics include: Star Trek: New Visions: The Enemy of My Enemy, Star Trek: Discovery – The Light of Kahless, and Star Trek: Discovery: Succession #1.
In Star Trek: New Visions: The Enemy of My Enemy, “the enemy of my enemy is not my friend. But Kirk and Kor find themselves forced to work together against a common foe. Alliance, or a chance for deadly betrayal?”
The forty-eight page issue, which will cost $7.99, will be written by and feature photo-manipulation by John Byrne.
Star Trek: Discovery – The Light of Kahless will “journey back in time to a decade before Captain Kirk and the Enterprise set out on their five-year mission, when the United Federation of Planets is locked in conflict with the mysterious Klingon Empire. But just who are these formidable foes? Delve into the shocking world of the Klingons in a story you can only find in this miniseries, which ties directly into the show.”
Written by Mike Johnson and Kirsten Beyer, and featuring art and cover by Tony Shasteen, the ninety-six page issue will cost $15.99.
Finally, Star Trek: Discovery: Succession #1 will feature “your favorite characters from the hit CBS All Access series” who will “dive into an adventure tied directly into the second half of the first season!”
Written by Mike Johnson and Kirsten Beyer, Star Trek: Discovery: Succession #1 will feature art and a cover by Angel Hernandez, and variant covers by Declan Shalvey, and George Caltsoudas.
The thirty-two page issue will cost $3.99.
