Gucci‘s 2017 Fall/Winter campaign has kicked off and includes a Star Trek theme.
Shot by Glen Luchford, the “retro-futurist settings inside the images dreamed up by Creative Director Alessandro Michele [and] were inspired by the sci-fi genre of the 1950s and 60s, including the iconic TV program Star Trek.”
“…This season the collection is transported to a parallel universe where a mixed cast of humanoids, aliens, robots and earthlings unite for the Gucci invasion from a galaxy far, far away.”
“Human characters interact with extra-terrestrial creatures and dinosaurs on Earth and are then beamed up to surreal, psychedelic outer space landscapes and trippy spaceship interiors, creating wild and fantastical compositions.”
