Don Marshall Passes

Don Marshall, best-known to original series fans for his role of Lt. Boma in The Galileo Seven, has passed away.

Born in 1936 in California, Marshall began to act regularly in his mid twenties after a stint in the Army. He appeared in Gene Roddenberry‘s The Lieutenant in 1964, and had guest spots in The Alfred Hitchcock Hour, Rawhide, Daktari, Ironside, Julia, and more.

Marshall had a regular role on Land of the Giants, where he played Dan Erickson. The show ran from 1968 through 1970.

The notice of his death was posted on Facebook by his longtime friend, BarBara Luna. Marshall died on October 30 at Cedars Sinai Hospital. No cause of death was provided.

Marshall is survived by his daughter, son, and twin brother.
