Star Trek Virtual Reality Game

1 min read

Three Star Trek stars helped to demonstrate a Star Trek VR game recently.

The game, Star Trek: Bridge Crew, comes courtesy of Ubisoft and was seen at the E3 Expo which is taking place this week in Los Angeles.

The online game can be played by one to four players in one of four roles; Captain, helm, engineering or tactical, all of whom must work together to efficient run the ship, which is called the Aegis. The game is set in the Abrams-verse.

The Aegis is on a mission to find a new home world for the displaced remaining population of Vulcan.

Star Trek: Bridge Crew will be available via the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR headsets this autumn.
