More Woes For Lien

1 min read

Jennifer Lien made a court appearance this week for a “status check,” but was not happy to see cameras.

The actress shielded her face as she left the courtroom.

Lien was in court due to various charges from last spring which are still pending. She tried to evade and then resist arrest, ramming a police cruiser in the process. Lien was later charged with indecent exposure after an incident last August

The former actress was ordered to undergoing mental health treatment, which she is doing, and to pay $2,291.85 in restitution to the police department whose cruiser she damaged.

Lien’s legal woes continue. According to the Dalton Daily Citizen, Lien was arrested back in March and charged with DUI and failure to maintain a lane.

When told of the arrest, which happened in Whitfield County, Georgia, Public Defender Kim Nelson, whose office is representing Lien, said “That’s news to me.”

How the new charges will affect Lien’s cases in Tennessee is uncertain. Lien’s next court date is August 29.
