Greenwood To Receive Award

Bruce Greenwood, Star Trek‘s Captain Christopher Pike, will be receiving an award next week.

Greenwood will be honored with a Career Achievement Award at the Whistler Film Festival, which takes place December 2-6.

In addition to receiving his award, Greenwood’s latest movie, Rehearsal, will have its world premiere at the Whistler Film Festival.

The Whistler Film Festival Society is “dedicated to celebrating and advancing the art of film through the annual Whistler Film Festival and Summit complimented by year-round programming and events for artists and audiences.” The film festival features “over eighty innovative and original films from around the world,” and is “action packed with premieres, honored guests, lively celebrations, and unique industry initiatives.”
