Zachary Quinto will be playing a man of action in Aleksander Back’s Hitman: Agent 47.
The actor will take on the role of John Smith, opposite Rupert Friend who will be playing Agent 47.
In Hitman: Agent 47, Quinto’s character Smith will be protecting a woman (Hannah Ware as Katia) from Agent 47, but “his motives might not be what they seem.”
“It’s a good challenge for me to find a character and create dynamic and depth in a world that’s much more about action,” said Quinto. “What I’m watching unfold is really even surprising me.”
Hitman: Agent 47 will arrive in theaters on August 27.
