Kurtzman And Orci To Produce Fantasy Adventure

1 min read

Star Trek 2‘s Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci have a new project on their plate; this one based on a children’s fantasy book series.

The duo will produce Dragonology, a series of books based on the idea that dragons really exist.

First published in the UK in 2003, followed by a US publication, the twelve-book Dragonology series is about a team of dragonologists, led by Ernest Drake, who “embark on a quest to avert a plot to use the world’s remaining dragons to wipe out humanity.”

Leonard Hartman will be executive producer on the project.

  1. Try Vic Mignogna and his new business partners. Seriously, are we going to have more hate spewing toward those that are associated with J.J. Abrams? This resentment and hatred is really disgusting.
