Star Trek: The Next Generation 25th Anniversary Event

1 min read

In honor of The Next Generation‘s 25th anniversary and the Blu-ray release of the first season of the series, a special theatrical screening of two popular The Next Generation episodes will take place on Monday, July 23rd at 7 PM local time.

This screening will also support the Red Cross, with CBS making a public service announcement before the screening and making a financial donation to the Red Cross.

The episodes to be screened are Where No One Has Gone Before and Datalore.

“This special event will include exclusive looks at the massive restoration of season one, never-before-seen interviews with the original cast members and behind-the-scenes looks at the artists who created the original FX elements and photography during the making of the show. Audiences will also be privy to an unseen sneak-peak of Measure of a Man.”

The screenings will take place at 7 PM local time at these select theaters, and some of the theaters will also host additional late night showings.

  1. Got tickets for my son and I. He’s almost 20 and a definite Trek fan like his old man. I am EXTREMELY psyched about the Bluray that will be coming from Amazon next week. 🙂

  2. What CBS and Fathom *really* needs to do is put out “The Best of Both Worlds” parts I and II on the big screen–perhaps when the Season 3 Blu ray is released? It’s screaming for a big screen release.
