Pegg L.A. Noir Set Photos

1 min read

Last month, TrekToday reported that Simon Pegg might be guest-starring in the TNT L.A. Noir pilot, and set photos which have recently emerged seem to confirm that report.

L.A. Noir, is a period drama about a cop working in “an era of rampant police corruption,” and would center on the 1940s-1950s “epic battle” between Los Angeles Police Chief William Parker (Neil McDonough) and boxer-turned-mobster Mickey Cohen.

Already involved in L.A. Noir are Jon Bernthal (Walking Dead) as LAPD cop Joe Teague, McDonough as LAPD Chief Parker and Milo Ventimiglia (Heroes) as a “budding lawyer for the mob. L.A. Noir is written and directed by Frank Darabont.

No word yet on just what role Pegg will be playing in the pilot episode.
