1 min read

Star Trek: The Next Generation‘s Wil Wheaton will be hosting a “post-episode web show” for a TNG sci-fi series.

Launching on June 17 at 11 PM, 2nd Watch will follow the two-hour East Coast premiere of Falling Skies.

Wheaton will be hosting the fifteen-minute 2nd Watch, which will “feature discussions on the week’s episodes, interviews with cast and crew, behind-the-scenes footage, fan questions and trivia.”

During the nine-week run of 2nd Watch, guests will include “Noah Wyle, Moon Bloodgood, Will Patton, Drew Roy, Maxim Knight, Connor Jessup, Colin Cunningham, Sarah Sanguine Carter, Mpho Koaho, Peter Shinkoda, executive producers Remi Aubuchon and Greg Beeman, consulting producer/writer Mark Verheiden and producer/writers Bradley Thompson and David Weddle.”

Falling Skies is the story of human survival and resistance after an alien attack leaves most of the world incapacitated.

2nd Watch can be seen here beginning June 17.

  1. Falling Skies will be cancelled within a year, 2 at most, like all SciFi shows. I wont bother watching.

  2. Hey this is great, a show about Earth’s future after a horrible Alien attack. What a novel and refreshing idea to show the future of the human race just trying to survive after it has been horribly devastated. How could you possibly want to watch Star Trek a show about a future filled with promise for humankind when a show that reveals a future of humans just trying to survive before the next and final attack by the aliens comes, woohoo.
