Single Ladies Series A Go

Star Trek: Enterprise‘s Anthony Montgomery will be seen next summer in Single Ladies, a new series produced by Queen Latifah, which will air on VH1.

Production on the eight hour-long episodes will begin at the end of this year. The movie, filmed this summer, and the episodes will air in July 2011.

Single Ladies is a series about the lives and relationships of four women, and will “focus on the different ideas the ladies have on sex and relationships. Stacy Dash will play a celebrity stylist; Lisa Raye McCoy will play a video vixen; Charity Shea will play a wife who is bored with her ‘perfect marriage’; and Lauren London will play an NBA player’s fiancée.”

Montgomery will play Darryl Jenkins, a successful businessman and a loving husband who adores his wife and fights to make their marriage work.

Queen Latifah will be a guest star on the show.
