Wheaton In Leverage

1 min read

Wil Wheaton‘s Leverage episode airs tomorrow night on TNT.

Playing a high-tech whiz wasn’t much of a stretch for Wheaton, unlike other roles he has played in the past. “I didn’t have to work too hard on that one,” he said of his role as Chaos.

Wheaton plays a hacker villain who is in computer combat with Leverage’s Alec (Aldis Hodge) in The Two Live Crew Job. “The underside of competition is really fun to explore,” said Wheaton.

The Two Live Crew Job has the Leverage crew of former scam artists facing off against another crew of thieves. Both crews are in pursuit of the same artwork. Joining Wheaton on the new crew of thieves are: Griffin Dunne, who plays the leader; Apollo Robbins as a thief and Noa Tishby as a tough enforcer.

In the original script, “Chaos was a girl,” said Wheaton. “John [Rogers, co-creator of Leverage] looked at it and saw that it was a good role for me.”

The Two Live Crew Job airs Wednesday, August 26, at 9 P.M. on TNT.
