Mulgrew Donates Star Trek: Voyager Scripts For Auction

Two Star Trek: Voyager scripts have been donated by Kate Mulgrew (Janeway) to be auctioned to raise funds for an acting studio.

As reported by Kate Mulgrew’s Official Website Blog, scripts from Star Trek: Voyager: Distant Origin and Star Trek: Voyager: Basics Part I are up for sale at ebay with the proceeds to benefit the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. According to the description for Distant Origin, “The item is an original Star Trek Voyager script autographed by Kate Mulgrew, the actress who portrays Captain Kathryn Janeway. It includes some of Ms. Mulgrew’s handwritten notes inside…(It) is labeled ‘Year 3’ and ‘Final Draft, January 23, 1997’. This item also includes the episode’s shooting schedule. Last page of shooting schedule is crumpled. This item comes with a letter of authenticity signed by Ms. Mulgrew.”

Funds raised for the Stella Adler Studio of Acting will “help young artists whose talent and need makes them qualified for scholarships, inner city youth who receive free theater training through the Stella Adler Outreach Division, and/or community members who attend free world-class cultural events.”
