Forty Years Ago Today

On July 20, 1969, Mankind took its first baby steps by leaving the home planet and stepping onto the surface of the moon. Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin became the first men to land and walk on the moon, while pilot Michael Collins orbited above them.
