Twilight' photo - copyright Paramount PicturesUPN Wednesday night premiered the trailer for next week's Star Trek: Enterprise outing, entitled "Twilight".

Written by co-producer Mike Sussman, the mind-bending episode sees Archer awaken several years into the future unaware of the passage of time. Former Voyager actor Robert Duncan McNeill directed "Twilight".

The 20-second clip is available for download online from the Daily Trekker. For those of you with slower connections, here's a transcript:

UPN WEDNESDAY

[A conduit sparks overhead; crew members duck.]
[Hoshi tries to shield herself from an explosion on the bridge.]

A STUNNING NEW STAR TREK ENTERPRISE

[The camera pans over to the other side of the bridge where T'Pol, wearing a captain's uniform, is hanging on to Reed's console.]
[A massive explosion in the shuttle bay; a man falls over the railings to his death.]

IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE

[Archer rushes to support a struggling T'Pol.]
[Old Archer sits hunched over.]
Archer: "Earth?"

THEIR GREATEST FEAR

[Captain T'Pol tries to navigate Enterprise as they ship comes under attack.]
[Old T'Pol, clad in red, replies to old Archer's question.]
T'Pol: "Destroyed."

HOW COULD IT HAVE HAPPENED?

[Trip Tucker, now wearing the captain's uniform, sits in the command chair as sparks fly.]
[Captain T'Pol talks to someone off-screen in her ready room.]
T'Pol: "We could have saved him."

AND WHO WILL PAY?

[Phlox stands amid the destruction on Enterprise.]
[Reed and Phlox gaze at the devastation.]
[T'Pol addresses Archer on the bridge.]
T'Pol: "You are relieved of command."
[Archer looks dazed, confused and angry.]
