  • Totally Kate! has been updated with a report (with photos) on the recent "Women of Star Trek:Voyager" convention.

  • The Official Jeffrey Combs Fan Club has set up a preview page of items to be offered in the club's charity auction to be held on June 1st. Thanks to Holly Kim Wilson for this!

  • Over at The Cynics Corner, David E. Sluss has posted his review of Voyager's 'Renaissance Man'. Awarding the episode 7/10, Sluss said that "I guess it's supposed to be a comedy, but it's not all that funny."

  • The webmistress of Brannon Braga.com sends word that due to unforseen circumstances, the question and answer session with the producer has been cancelled at this time.

  • Over at TVNow.com, Herbie J Pilato has posted the latest edition of his entertainment column, "Mini-Histories of Classic TV's Finest." In the article, Pilato compared Stargate SG-1 to the Trek franchise.

  • Julia Houston at About.com has posted her review of the Voyager finale, 'Endgame.' "Not many shows really give us a final episode," she wrote. "It's bad for syndication, and most shows go out still hoping to be renewed. TOS has no final episode, and that helped it enormously. Viewers were free for ten years to imagine whatever they wanted for the next great mission before the filmmakers took over." The full article can be found here.

  • Cinescape's Michael Marek has posted his review of 'Endgame.' "It combines action and some interesting character development to provide a satisfying conclusion to the series," he wrote. The full review can be found here.

  • At the Star Trek Dimension, Christian Rühl has posted the latest edition of his "Star Trek Journey" column, in which he looks at 'Endgame.' "Yes, it "only" shows the events leading to Voyager's homecoming, but in a so thrilling, action-packed, provokingly clever (to borrow from Kate Mulgrew) way that I was really delighted in the end," he wrote.   • Nanavision reported that Nana Visitor (Kira) will perform at "Stars At The Alley" on May 30th, as part of New York's Theatre Week 2001. More information can be found here at Backstage.com.

  • Nana Visitor (Colonel Kira) opened the Nasdaq stock market in New York yesterday, as part of a promotion to tie together Broadway, Times Square and Wall Street. More information can be found in this PR Newswire article.

  • DVD Review reported that not only will the Director's Edition DVD of 'Star Trek: The Motion Picture' be released this Christmas, but also that Volumes 29 and 30 of The Original Series will be available on August 14th for $19.99 each. Thanks to TrekWeb for the information.

  • StarTrek.com has posted its round-up of Trek alums in film and television. Sadly, it also includes the news that two Trek guest stars, Anne Haney (Rishon Uxbridge in TNG's 'The Survivors') and Harry Townes (Reger in The Original Series's 'The Return Of The Archons') passed away recently. We send our condolences to their families at this difficult time.
