'Demons' TV Guide magazine recently revealed the first image from "Demons," the first episode in the upcoming Earth-based arc leading up to the finale.

The image, reproduced to the right courtesy of Trek BBS member 'Kevin Thomas Riley', shows Peter Weller in his role of John Frederick Paxton. In "Demons," Paxton is the leader of an opposition group that opposes the foundation of an alliance between humans and alien races. In this photo, he's presumably at the medical facility that was previously reported to house a baby with Vulcan-style pointed ears and a tag reading 'Tucker.'

"Terrible things have happened since humans started interacting with aliens, from attacks on Earth to cultural corruption," Enterprise co-creator Brannon Braga told TV Guide, explaining Paxton's motives. "This reactionary group will play into the fears of the people.

According to TV Guide, the story of "Demons" and its conclusion, "Terra Prime," is "classic Roddenberry." The magazine had Braga describing "Demons" as "big," and saying "it's what Star Trek is all about."

TV Guide's full "Demons" preview can be found in the new edition of the magazine, now on sale throughout the United States. "Demons," which was written by Enterprise showrunner Manny Coto, will air on Friday the 6th of May.
