  • DVD Answers has posted the cover art for the Collectors' Edition DVD of Star Trek V: The Final Frontier. Thanks to Craig Simms for this!

  • Excerpts from a Dreamwatch interview with Vaughn Armstrong (Admiral Forrest) are now up at Sci-Fi Pulse. He spoke briefly about "The Expanse" and the NX-01's new mission. "The world is kind of a confused mess at the moment. I think we may see that reflected in the Expanse. But if anybody can help straighten it out it's got to be the Enterprise crew!"

  • Enterprise will debut in Italy on Sunday, July 6 on the La7 network. The Italian title of the first episode will be "Prima Missione". Thanks to Federico De Lorenzi of TV EFFE for this!

  • International Star Trek Fan Association has launched its own Internet radio station, Radio Starfleet. Thanks to Jackie Bundy for this!

  • The Planetary Society is planning a series of events to commemorate the closest approach of Mars to Earth in 50,000 years on August 28. For full details on Mars Watch, head over to this page.

  • Jonathan Frakes (William Riker) recently talked about directing the Thunderbirds feature film with the New Zealand Herald. "The movie has taken on an energy of its own," he said. "We always said we wanted it to move, we wanted it to be child-friendly, and John Beard's inspired production design, kicking the 60s into the future, the fearlessness of the sets, the primary colours and the casting has turned out better than we ever imagined."

  • John de Lancie (Q) has been tapped to host a new digital theatre show, entitled Cosmic Safari. Computer Graphics World reported the showcase, which "will take the audience to undiscovered planets in the far reaches of outer space to search for life in the universe", can be seen The Boeing CyberDome Theater at Wichita's Exploration Place.

  • The Psi Phi Book Database has been updated with the description and cover art for the New Frontier book Stone and Anvil.

  • Photos of Kate Mulgrew (Kathryn Janeway) at the NCTF's 25th Anniversary Chairman's Award Gala are now up at Totally Kate.
