A number of former Star Trek guest stars will make appearances on other shows during NBC's sweeps month schedule this November.

The Futon Critic lists guest appearances by Deep Space Nine recurring actress Penny Johnson Jerald (Kasidy Yates Sisko), Voyager guest star Sarah Silverman (Rain Robinson), original series vixen Mariette Hartley (Zarabeth) and Enterprise MACO Steven Culp (Major Hayes), among others.

On Tuesday, November 4th, Johnson Jerald and Silverman will both appear on Frasier in the episode "Maris Returns", playing annoying patients who visit Frasier (Kelsey Grammer)'s medical practice.

Grammer, who played Captain Morgan Bateson on The Next Generation, directed the episode, which airs at 9:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Immediately afterwards, Hartley will make a guest appearance on Law & Order: Special Victim's Unit at 10 p.m., playing a defense attorney in a case in which a pregnant woman's husband is accused of attacking her over her decision to seek an abortion. The episode is entitled "Choice."

On November 12th, Culp makes the first of two appearances on The West Wing as Speaker of the House Haffley, who comes into conflict with the President over the federal budget. In the episode "Separation of Powers", Haffley struggles with the White House staff over financial issues.

In the November 19th episode, Haffley engages in a battle of wills with the president over budget cuts that causes a shutdown of the federal government. Both "Separation of Powers" and Shutdown" will air at 9 p.m.

A more complete listing of NBC's sweeps month schedule may be found at The Futon Critic.
