  • Time Warner Cable has announced that it will be adding several UPN programs, including Enterprise, to its Fall line-up in Cincinnati, Ohio, starting September 3. Thanks to TrekWeb for this!

  • Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine) has been featured in an advertisement for Boston Public's second season. After the voiceover, which says "The teachers of Boston Public faced many challenges last year, but nothing will prepare them... for her," Ryan is seen against a white background, taking a bite out of an apple.   • According to Amazon.com, the 'Star Trek: The Motion Picture' Director's Edition DVD will be released on October 30. The site is currently taking pre-orders, at a price of $22.49. Thanks to The Music Man for this!

  • The 'Star Trek: The Motion Picture' Director's Edition DVD is featured in this week's Cinescape DVD & video round-up.

  • Jacqueline Bundy at the Trekker Newsletter has posted a review of the Gateways novel, 'Doors Into Chaos.' "Despite its flaws 'Doors into Chaos' was the best in the series so far," she wrote. "An enjoyable and interesting story that certainly holds your interest." Head over here to read more.
