Yes! I just knew it!

The BBC today have a new report about why playing video games is good for you. Apparently, people who play games have more alpha brainwave activity.

"This phenomenon is usually only associated with a state of complete rest, such as during meditation," it says. Cool, says I.

Somehow I dont feel quite so bad about getting thoroughly thwacked by the four Daedra who soundly ended my Morrowind journey this afternoon.
