The BBC today have a new report about why playing video games is good for you. Apparently, people who play games have more alpha brainwave activity.
"This phenomenon is usually only associated with a state of complete rest, such as during meditation," it says. Cool, says I.
Somehow I dont feel quite so bad about getting thoroughly thwacked by the four Daedra who soundly ended my Morrowind journey this afternoon. Trek BBS Today Below are some of the topics currently being discussed at the Trek BBS:
