'Star Trek: Voyager' Ratings

Greg Fuller has updated the Star Trek Nielsen Ratings Information Database with the final ratings report for 'Live Fast And Prosper'. Unfortunately, last week's new Voyager episode scored the lowest rating for an original episode since 'The Fight' in March 1999:

Despite somewhat promising overnights, "Live Fast and Prosper" dropped to Voyager's lowest mark this season and one of its lowest performances ever. The show tallied a 3.1 rating, 5 share. That's down from every other show this year, barely up from last week's rerun of "Equinox, Part II," and down from the first episode after the April reruns last year, "Someone to Watch Over Me," which earned a 3.4.

The full report contains an analysis of the episode's timeslot competition performance, as well as news that the final rating for ABC's showing of 'First Contact' was a 4.3/7.

Also new is Greg's overnight ratings report for 'Muse', which performed only marginally better:

"Muse" upped Voyager's mark slightly from last week, stealing a 4.5 rating, 7 share in the overnight metered markets. That's up from last week's 4.3/7 from "Live Fast and Prosper" and about on the season average to-date.

"Muse" easily took the 5th place spot against rerun competition on the WB. "Felicity" finished 6th with a 3.1/5. Fox's interim Wednesday lineup with "Party of Five" at 9 p.m. defeated Voyager with a 4.9/8. "Seven Days" was up at 8 p.m. to a 3.4/5.

The full report also contains a short look at what this overnight rating will mean for the final rating. Hopefully 'Voyager' will be able to take in some higher ratings when May Sweeps start next week.
