Trek Stars On Stargate SG-1

StarGuide, a news site for Showtime's 'Stargate SG-1' series, is reporting that René Auberjonois (Odo) will be making a guest appearance on the series. According to British SF mag Starburst, who first reported this, Auberjonois's episode will air early on in the season.

The site also has some information up on 'Watergate', an episode featuring a guest appearance by Marina Sirtis as a Russian scientist. Take a look:

Sirtis will play Carter's "Russian counterpart" in the episode. It is likely that the United States government was forced to reveal the Stargate program to the Russians after the destruction of the Asgard ship in Earth's atmosphere ("Nemesis"). Based on the title, one may presume that the Stargate (transported aboard the Beliskner before it crashed into the Pacific Ocean) survived the crash. The SGC may have to race the Russians in recovering the Stargate, or be forced to compete with them in exploring the universe.

The report also mentions 'Watergate' will be airing on the 11th of August.

Thanks go out to Karl for this!
